Q&A with Mr.Grable

What is your favorite memory from playing sports?

A: Winning back-to-back national championships at the University of Northern Colorado. It was an absolutely unbelievable experience with coaches, players, and the community. Those are two memories I’ll always cherish.

What’s your favorite memory from coaching sports?

A: Once again, winning two state championships here at Holy Family. One in basketball and one in football. Getting to work with the athletes every day and watching them grow and develop has been outstanding. It is the ultimate feeling to watch them grow and have success.

What is your favorite part of being at Holy Family?

A: The students. I love getting to work with them, seeing them, and just watching them grow and develop on a daily basis. They are my number one priority, and that’s why I do what I do.

If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

A: Somewhere on a beach where the CIA or the FBI could not find me. So wherever that is, I don’t know where that is, but it’d be on a beach where I could just have a boat and cruise around.

If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

A: Probably the lord, Jesus Christ. I would love to have dinner with him and pick up some wisdom. It would definitely have to be the lord.
