UFC 313 was a good one, the fights were close and filled with excitement.
Magomed Ankalaev defeats and dethrones Alex Pereira after a constant dominant showing by Pereira by unanimous decision. Justin Gaethje gets a bounceback victory defeating Rafael Fiziev by unanimous decision, Ignacio Bahamondes defeats Jalin Turner by submission with a triangle choke at 2:29 of Round 1. Amanda Lemos defeats Iasmin Lucindo by unanimous decision after a battle. Mauricio Ruffy gets a spectacular highlight reel win over King Green by KO (spinning wheel kick) at 2:07 of Round1.
Joshua Van defeats Rei Tsuruya by unanimous decision. Brunno Ferreira defeats Armen Petrosyan by submission (armbar) at 4:27 of Round 2. Carlos Leal defeats Alex Morono by TKO at 4:16 of Round 1. Mairon Santos defeats Francis Marshall by a close split decision, and Ozzy Diaz defeats Djorden Santos by unanimous decision.
The fight card involved the judges a lot, more then most other main UFC cards. But, that’s what happens sometimes when two step into the octagon to battle it out.
Justin Gaethje’s win over Rafael Fiziev, after Dan Hooker had to back out due to a fractured hand injury.
This was a good win for Gaethje after losing to Max Holloway by KO/TKO.
This sets the marking on UFC 314 Saturday, April 12.
