Four amazing games were played this week in the NFL Divisional Round, all were decided within the final seconds of the game, and within 6 points. None were more impressive than the Cincinnati Bengals beating the Tennessee Titans in the final seconds of regulation.

The matchup between the No. 4 seed Bengals and the No. 1 seed Titans was heavily anticipated. With Derrick Henry back, and the Bengals having the 27th ranked defense, it seemed to be an onslaught for the Titans. Quite the opposite happened, the Bengals intercepted Ryan Tannehill three times, which set up rookie kicker Evan McPherson twice, who finished 4/4 on field goals.

Despite being sacked a total of nine times, Joe Burrow still managed to throw for 348 yards, and hooked up with his favorite target Ja’Marr Chase multiple times, Chase racked up 109 yards throughout the game. The Bengals single touchdown came on a Joe Mixon run 16 yards out, on their first drive of the third quarter.

As the 4th Quarter took place, the game was for anyone’s taking, being tied at 16. With 7:16 left on the clock, the Titans faced a tough 4th and 1 at midfield. With freight train Derrick Henry, everyone and their mother knew who the ball was going to. Despite HB Dive being the Titans bread and butter all season, Henry was dropped in the backfield, setting the Bengals up in easy field position.

The Bengals turned the rock over on downs and gave Tennessee the ball around the 30. In clutch fashion the Bengals intercepted Tannehill at mid field off a tipped pass. As the clock made its final ticks, the Bengals marched out the field goal unit, and Evan McPherson drilled a 52-yard field goal as time expired.

The Bengals will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship.
