SPOILER ALERTS

There is no surprise that Spider-Man: No Way Home will top any other movies produced in 2021. It is receiving amazing reviews from not only from Rotten Tomatoes (4.8 out of 5) but from die-hard Spider-Man fans in the theaters.

With our “friendly neighborhood Spider-Man’s” identity now revealed to the public (Tom Holland) its hard to separate the lives of Spider-Man and Peter Parker. With the help of Doctor Strange, Peter Parker/Spider-Man must now discover the true meaning and what it takes to be Spider-Man.

Throughout the movie, we see different parts of previous Spider-Man movies play a huge roll with the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Without knowing the previous Spider-Man movies staring Maguire and Garfield, you will still appreciate a well-made Marvel movie. If you have, this movie was just out of this world! Literally!

At the beginning of the movie, we see Peter Parker dealing with the repercussions from Spider-Man: Far From Home when he murders Mysterio (played by Jack Gyllenhaal) and his identity is revealed to the public. Throughout the movie, we see appearances from Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Electro, The Lizard and Sandman!

We have all been wondering one thing… The ending! For all three Spider-Men the Green Goblin returns and destroys the box. Then we see MJ falling off the Statue of Liberty. Of course Holland’s Spider-Man tries to save her but is attacked by the Green Goblin. The next part that happens, I guarantee had the entire movie theater crying. Garfield’s Spider-Man jumps and saves MJ and lands safely. He learned from his previous mistake in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 when he tried to save his love interest, Gwen, with his webs. The line of his web ended up snapping and killed her. This scene was just as emotional for MCU fans as it was from Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man.

After the movie released, there was controversy on who the best Spider-Man was. Many said Tobey Maguire, the first Spider-Man. Others said Andrew Garfield, the second Spider-Man. Then many Marvel fans have said that Tom Holland has been the best Spider-Man with his roles in the Avengers movies as well as Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home.

What is next for Spider-Man and the Multiverse? It seemed like No Way Home was the end for Tom Holland as Spider-Man. But don’t worry MCU Fans, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has confirmed that a fourth Spider-Man film is already in active development with Sony Pictures.
