Q. Where are you playing softball in college?
A. “I am playing at Catholic University of America”
Q. What is your athletic journey when it comes to softball?
A. “My athletic journey began when I first moved to Colorado. I played rec-ball when I lived in Philly but when I moved here I really got serious with it. I started on rec teams and then played on national teams the last few years”
Q. Why did you pick Catholic University?
A. I picked Catholic University because when I went on my visit it just felt right. And compared to my other offers I just felt like God was pulling me towards that direction. It just felt right and I loved the coaches. The coaches were very much east coast and I wanted to go back east.”
Q. Why did you decide to continue to play softball rather than quitting after high school?
A.“There has been definitely many times during my softball career that I have wanted to quit because the stress of committing was such a big deal. My whole journey of committing was very stressful but I decided to keep playing because the good outweighed the bad. Also there were some days where you felt like this is the worst thing ever and days where softball makes me so happy. I’ve created so many memories through softball.”
Q. What are your tips for someone who is picking where they want to commit?
A. “Pick what feels right. Sometimes the best offer isn’t is what’s going to make you happy and don’t jump at your first offer because you never know what its gonna turn into. And finally ask all of the questions you have.”
