The Holy Family celebrated their annual homecoming this past weekend on Saturday. This dance was especially memorable for the seniors as it was their last one.
This year’s homecoming was an enchanted garden theme. There were lanterns and greenery all throughout the hallway, creating a garden vibe. At the dance, students can play games, dance, or even get a little snack if they need to.
Senior Caleb Schott’s favorite part of homecoming was the limo ride because he had lots of great memories of his phone there. This allowed him to look back on the fun night to and from the dance.
Talia Satriano’s favorite parts of homecoming were pictures as she loved getting all dressed up and posing with her friends. Next, she spends time with her friends. It’s bittersweet that it’s everyone’s last homecoming together, but they created a night that will create memories that last a lifetime. From singing on the party bus to dancing the night away, Talia and her friends had a great time. Overall, Talia loved creating new memories.
Olivia Brower’s favorite part was being with her friends afterward. This allowed them to relax and enjoy everyone’s company. The dance can be fun, seeing everybody and dancing to music but it can also be a lot. Having time after with just your friends allows for the night to continue with the people you like the most.
Priya Lucas loved after homecoming when she got to see everyone’s white lie shirt. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a shirt where you put in bold letters on a shirt that is a little lie. You say it’s a lie, but it’s really true. This is a fun and exciting way to see what your friends say on their shirts.
