Fall drink season is back!
This 2025 year, Starbucks and Dutch Bros are both showing out with their delicious fall offerings. For a lot of students and coffee drinkers, these seasonal menus have become an annual tradition.
At Starbucks, the legendary Pumpkin Spice Latte makes a return on August 26th, 2025, along with drinks like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, and a brand new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. The Pecan Oatmilk Cortado comes with three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso blended with steamed oat milk, brown butter, and pecan flavoring, finished with crunchy pecan pieces. Starbucks continues to take care of the non-dairy fans with oatmilk choices.
Dutch Bros brings back the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée which includes pumpkin, salted caramel, the signature Soft Top and drizzled with some pumpkin drizzle finished with raw sugar sprinkles. The Cookie Butter Latte also made a comeback this year, bringing its sweet spice and drizzle to Dutch Bros. And for something new and different, the Candied Cherry Rebel is introduced with energy flavored energy drink base combined with a cherry float. The Candied Cherry Rebel is a playful and sweet break from the tradition fall drinks, proving that fall drinks do not have to be pumpkin based.
With Starbucks focusing on warm and familiar flavors, Dutch Bros emphasizes texture and variety. Starbucks’ drinks feel classic and cozy, almost a routine; Dutch Bros’s lineup feels colorful and customizable, emphasizing the brand’s upbeat vibe. Together the two chains capture two sides of fall, comforting tradition and sweet experimenting.
So, whether you are a Starbucks loyalist or a Dutch Bros fanatic, both of their fall menus for 2025 offer something for everyone to love. They both show how fall drinks are more than just caffeine but instead about comfort, creativity, and tradition. In 2025 the winner isn’t one brand or the other, rather the customers that are able to enjoy every unique sip.
