I recently started working at Crumbl Cookies and have found the experience to be generally good. The store has the smell of freshly baked cookies, which creates an atmosphere for employees and customers. The work environment is comfortable because coworkers and management are friendly and supportive, which helps manage busy shifts.
The schedule is convenient for me, allowing me to balance this job with other parts of my life. This flexibility makes it easier to stay consistent at work. The pace is fast since there are always customers, but the team helps keep things running.
One of the unique things about Crumbl is that the cookie menu changes every week. This makes my job fun because I never feel like I am serving the same thing over and over again. The chocolate chip, one of the most popular cookies is always available. This week’s lineup at Crumbl includes the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie, chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookie, chocolate covered strawberry cookie, caramel pumpkin cake cookie, a sugar cookie featuring Mother’s Circus Animal crackers, a Biscoff ice cream cookie, and the Kentucky butter cake cookie.
I tried all the cookies of this week, and I would say that my favorite cookie of the week is the chocolate covered strawberry cookie. It is a really sweet cookie but its better than others on the lineup for this week. I would say that my least favorite cookie is the chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookie because it’s so sweet and it is too much chocolate and peanut butter for my liking. I tried all the other cookies and I also enjoyed the Biscoff ice cream cookie because I feel like the icing is the perfect texture and the flavor of the cookie in general is really good.
Overall, I really like working at Crumbl and enjoy the switch up of cookies each week because it makes the store more unique and interesting.
