The Valentine’s Day cookie for the week were Molten Lava, Strawberry cake, pink sugar, chocolate covered strawberry, Valentines M&M, and Valentine’s Confetti.
In first place was the original pink sugar cookie with a 10/10. This cookie is a classic and a perfect mix of cookie and sugar frosting. It has always been a favorite.
The cookie in second place is the Valentines Confetti cookie. This cookie gets a 9/10. This is a simple cookie but good if you like that and even through is still good and not super sweet.
Third place is Strawberry cake. This cake gets a rating with a 8.5 out of 10. Two layers of fluffy strawberry cake stacked and topped with a swirl of strawberry cream cheese frosting, all made with house-made jam. It has a good frosting and cake ratio with both being strawberry. It was soft and a nice amount of sweet with being too overpowering.
The next cookie in fourth place is the Chocolate covered strawberry cookie. This cookie is a 8 out of 10. This is a chocolate cookies & cream smothered with fresh Strawberry cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of semi sweet chocolate. It was different cookie we don’t usually see and was a good combination.
The fifth cookie is the Valentine’s Day M&M cookie. This cookie gets a 7.5 out of 10. It was a pretty simple cookie with red, white, and pink M&M’s. Although still good and the M&M’s added good flavor.
The cookie in last is the Molten Lava cookie with a 7 out of 10. This is a dark chocolate cookie with hot fudge in the middle and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Even though this cookie is in last place it was still a good cookie. the fudge in the middle added a lot. It is good if you like fudge or chocolate.
None of the Valentine’s Day cookies were bad! All of them this week were good and I recommend.
