Welcome back to another iteration of Fat Man Review, and this week we will not be doing another secret food beast, instead in honor of the sacred Fat Man holiday of Halloween we will instead be going over which of the top three candies are most fav0red by random people in the halls and teacher’s whos class I would like to disrupt.
The top three choices were chosen via two Food Trippers and their list had M&Ms at the one, Reese’s peanut butter cups at the two, and the original Hershey’s chocolate bar at the three. Now what I think is usually the end all be all as I am a superior diabetic but today I will instead be ranking based on the people here at Ho Fam.
We did this by going around the entire school and offering random people the choice between Reese’s, Hershey’s, and normal M&M’s (I know Peanut M&M’s are better but the website said the OG ones are the best).
I was so excited to see what other people’s favorite candy was. And shout out to Sr. Cooper Bigelow (snap’s cooper_big for you ladies out there) for getting us the candy bags necessary for this little social experiment.
To be honest, at first I thought that it would be almost a complete tie or one would win by a couple votes at most, as these are all delicious…
I was dead wrong, like I have never been so wrong. And I thought Landon’s scout would work after the seventh time it caught on fire.
Everyone I talked to chose the Reese’s without hesitation baring one man, Sr. Daniel Finnegan, but he’s skinny so I don’t know how valid his opinion is. Still it was Reese’s 15; M&Ms one, and Hershey’s zero before I eventually ran out of Reese’s and people had to start choosing from the other options.
So after all was finally tallied the rankings of the top three choices for best American candy goes:
1st-Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup’s
2nd-Original M&Ms
3rd-Milk Chocolate Hershey’s
This is a topic that requires some extra because it is so hard to give something “The Best Candy Ever” as there are so many different types, for example you can’t pit a Cherry Sweet Tart vs. a chocolate bar as they are two totally different tasting things. Although I guess you could say that one would prefer one over the other. Which goes to say candy is a perfect example of food and how candy is the route for world peace.
