Travis Scott’s tour Circus Maximus started on October eleventh in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will end on December 29th in Toronto Canada.
His show in Denver, Colorado was on October 22nd at the Ball Arena. The doors opened at 8 and the show started at 8:30. Teezo Touchdown opened and performed before Travis Scott got on stage. Travis Scott didn’t go on stage until 9:40, which was 40 minutes later than he was supposed to. His entrance was very unique. The lights were turned off, and then a video was put on the screens, which was a video of Africans with no sound, the video was cut, and “Circus Maximus” was put on the screens in bright red letters. He opened his show with the song “Hyaena”, the crowd was loud and rowdy. His special effects were so cool, he had different lights, the screens showed cool images, and the stage overall was the best part.
The moshpits were crazy, people got knocked out, some were taken out in stretchers, and there were fights. I believe the song that made the crowd go crazy was “Fein”, in which Playboi Carti was featured on the song. Not only that, Travis played that song twice, which again drove everyone to be excited. Travis Scott ended his concert with the song “Telekinesis” featuring SZA and Future. Before his show ended, Travis went down to the crowd and sang to his fans, and then he took one of his fans back on stage and walked around the arena with him and they took pictures together, which was so cool to see.
I haven’t been to many concerts, but out of all the ones I have been to, this one has to be my favorite because of the energy he gave off and how everyone was just hyped about it. I would definitely recommend going to a Travis Scott concert once in your lifetime.
