The Denver Broncos got there first victory of the year beating the 31-28. After starting the season going 0-3 they were able to pull out a comeback win. The Broncos started off slow and were unable to get things going but then began the things clicked.
The Bears QB, Fields, had himself a game throwing for 231 and three touchdowns in the first half. The defense in the second half made a big play in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 28. Nik Bonitto sacked Justin Fields and forced him to fumble, his fellow teammate Jonathon Copper picked up the ball and ran it in for a scoop and score.
Wil Lutz then drilled a field goal to put the broncos up by 3 and win the game for them.
It is the first one for them and the safety, Kareem Jackson said, “it feels good to win, they way that things were going.” The stirp fumble was on of the biggest plays of the game, and when your defense scores your going to win a lot of games. Sean Peyton told the team to enjoy it but on Monday there is going to be a lot of tough film that there going to have to watch.
The Broncos will take on the Jets next Sunday in Denver, a good Jets team who just played the Chiefs to 3 points. The Jets and Zac Wilson will be locking to exploit the broncos thin defense and gash them in the run and pass game. Hopefully the Broncos are able to get things going and come out top against them and get to 2-3.
