With the beginning of fall Crumbl has released in my opinion their first seasonal cookie of the year! This week had some high highs and some low lows. So sit down and get yourself a box of these cookies and try them for yourself!
To start off in fourth, Pink Velvet Cake (bottom right). This is a velvety cake batter cookie topped with a layer of vanilla cream cheese frosting and pink velvet cookie crumbs. Now when I bit into this cookie I honestly could not tell the difference from a normal sugar cookie with the cream cheese frosting. Now don’t get me wrong it was good but the creativity was not there for me so that why it got this placement.
In third, the new cookie Pumpkin Cheesecake (bottom left). Now this cookie is a chilly cheesecake cookie complete with a buttery graham base, pumpkin cheesecake frosting, and a graham cracker crust streusel. This was a good cookie and you could definitely taste the pumpkin in the frosting. The only reason this cookie is in third is because of the stiff competition this week that the top two cookies brought.
Coming in as the runner up, Banana Cream Pie (top left). This cookie is a creamy vanilla pudding studded with vanilla wafers and fresh banana slices in a buttery pie crust. Now this cookie was absolutely amazing and the only critique I would have for it would be, I was not able to taste the banana flavor as much as I would have liked. This cookie was still absolutely incredible though and stays as a favorite through these Crumbl reviews.
Ending on top in 1st place, Cookie Butter White Chip ft. Biscoff (top right). Now this cookie was everything I could ever ask for. A warm cookie butter cookie packed with Biscoff cookie pieces and creamy white chips. Now like the previous week I still have no idea what a butter cookie is but oh my gosh is it good. The inside was warm and melty and the white chips just add to the overall flavor of everything. Now, while this cookie doesn’t look the best it makes up for it in immaculate flavor, which is why this is the best cookie of the week.
That’s all for this week of Crumbl and I am looking forward to what they will bring for the rest of the fall season!
