Colorado Drake fans were highly anticipating this week’s concert that was originally going to be on September 8th at the Ball Arena, until it was announced on Monday, September 4th that it was going to be postponed.
In ‘It’s All A Blur’ Tour, Drake collaborated with his special guest, 21 Savage to promote their album ‘Her Loss’. His concert started on July 5th, 2023 in Chicago Illinois, and will end on October 9th, 2023 in Columbus Ohio. However, that was before the Denver date was postponed. Drake or the Ball Arena haven’t announced when it will be rescheduled, and Drake fans are waiting for the announcement. In an email, Drake’s team told why it had to be postponed.
“Due to the distance the road crew has to travel along with the magnitude of the production of the Drake concert, it is logistically impossible to bring the full experience of the show to Denver this September,” Ticketmaster said in an email that was sent out to fans. It was also told that fans are encouraged to keep their tickets, therefore their tickets are still valid for the new date.
However, Denver wasn’t originally a part of official places he was going to visit, Drake announced late April that he was going to stop at Denver, which created a lot of anticipation for Drake fans. People still bought tickets, even though the prices ranged from $400 to $6,000 dollars apiece. But at the end of the day, it was also announced that Drake’s management team are working on finding a new date for the dans in Denver. “Drake is excited to bring this show to Denver! Thank you.” (DenverPost, 6).
